AKRONTwo rob storeAKRON: Police are looking for two men who robbed the Pizza Pan restaurant at 2474 Manchester Road at gunpoint at 9:30 p.m. Sunday.The clerk reported that two men entered the restaurant, jumped over the counter, put a gun to the clerk’s head and demanded money from the register and safe. After getting the money, the robbers told the clerk to lie down on the floor while they fled with an unreported amount of cash, police said.Authorities said the two robbers are black males, ages 20 to 26. The first man is 5-foot-9 to 6 feet tall and weighs 150 to 170 pounds. The second man is 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-1 and weighs 210 to 230 pounds. Both were wearing dark clothing.Anyone with information is asked to call Akron detectives at 330-375-2490.Craigslist scamAKRON: A man trying to buy a computer off the online site Craigslist was robbed after meeting with the potential seller, police said.The 27-year-old victim said he contacted the seller and agreed to meet in a parking lot on Eva Walk around 4:30 p.m. Friday. When the victim arrived, he was told by the seller to get into a car. Another man then pulled a handgun on the victim and robbed him of $165, police said.The victim got out of the car and the men fled.Police are seeking three black males, ages 19 to 22. One man was wearing a blue and white shirt. Their vehicle was a light blue Ford Crown Victoria.Anyone with information is asked to call Akron detectives at 330-375-2490.Fugitive soughtAKRON: The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of Deriel Mixon, who is believed to be hiding in the Akron area.Mixon, 31, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service because he is accused of violating conditions of his pretrial release. He was on house arrest while charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Mixon is accused of cutting off his ankle monitor.He has a criminal history that includes acts of violence and should be considered armed and dangerous, authorities said. Mixon is a black male about 6 feet tall and weighs 225 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He previously lived near the 1100 block of Welton Avenue in Akron.Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 866-492-6833 or text keyword “wanted” and tip to 847411 (tip411).
